The Kingdom Instructor Covenant

Read it slowly. This is the standard every instructor enters before they are entrusted with a single child of the Kingdom.

Preamble

This Kingdom Instructor Covenant (the "Covenant") is entered into freely, before God and before Kingdom Minded Academy (the "Academy"), by the undersigned applicant (the "Instructor"). The Academy exists to raise the next generation of the Kingdom of God across four pillars — Kingdom Trading, Kingdom Entrepreneurship, Kingdom Leadership & Development, and Kingdom Prayer & Relationship with God. To teach within the Academy is to accept a sacred trust over the children of the Kingdom. This Covenant sets the standard of that trust.

Article I — Statement of Faith & Calling

The Instructor affirms a sincere, personal Christian faith and a calling to disciple children in the way of Christ. The Instructor agrees that the purpose of all instruction is not merely to transfer skill, but to form character and to point every student to a living relationship with God through Jesus Christ.

Article II — Standard of Conduct

The Instructor covenants to:

  1. Conduct themselves with integrity, honesty, and Christlike character in word, deed, and online presence — on duty and off.
  2. Treat every student with dignity, patience, and unconditional respect, recognizing each child as royalty in the eyes of God.
  3. Maintain appropriate, transparent, and documented boundaries with all students at all times, and never be alone with a student in an unaccountable setting.
  4. Refrain from any form of abuse, exploitation, discrimination, harassment, or favoritism.
  5. Honor the family as the primary authority over each child and communicate with parents and guardians with truthfulness and respect.
  6. Hold in confidence sensitive information about students and families, except where disclosure is required by law or to protect a child from harm.

Article III — Mandatory Reporting & Child Safety

The Instructor agrees to comply with all applicable mandatory-reporting laws and to immediately report any suspicion of abuse, neglect, or danger to a child to the appropriate authorities and to Academy leadership. Child safety supersedes every other consideration of confidentiality or reputation.

Article IV — Credentialing & Standing

The Instructor agrees to maintain, throughout their service, each of the following in good standing:

  1. Active membership in Women of Virtue ($49/mo) or Wise Men Group ($49/mo).
  2. A passed background check, conducted in compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), $89 one-time at signup.
  3. An active Kingdom Minded Instructor Membership — In Training ($99/mo or $990/yr), Certified Instructor ($149/mo or $1,490/yr), or Master Instructor ($299/mo or $2,990/yr, with 10% revenue share on the students of their trainees).
  4. Completion of the 6-week Certification curriculum and final exam ($199 one-time).
  5. A submitted Letter of Personal Testimony.
  6. Annual recertification ($299/yr) to remain in active teaching standing.

The Instructor understands that lapse of any required credential may result in suspension of teaching privileges until standing is restored.

Article V — Fidelity to the Curriculum

The Instructor agrees to teach the Academy's curriculum with fidelity and excellence, to prepare diligently, to grade and respond to students with care, and to neither add to nor subtract from the doctrinal foundation of the Academy without the written approval of Academy leadership.

Article VI — Stewardship of Resources

The Instructor agrees to treat all Academy materials, intellectual property, student data, and platforms as a sacred and confidential trust, to use them only for their intended purpose, and to return or destroy them upon the end of service.

Article VII — Restoration & Accountability

The Instructor welcomes accountability and submits to the Academy's process of correction and, where needed, restoration. The Academy commits to handle matters of discipline with grace, due process, and a heart for redemption — while never compromising the safety of a child.

Article VIII — Term & Withdrawal

This Covenant remains in effect for as long as the Instructor serves the Academy and maintains the credentials of Article IV. The Instructor may withdraw at any time with written notice, and the Academy may end the covenant relationship in accordance with its policies and applicable law. Articles II, III, and VI survive the end of service.

Article IX — Affirmation

By signing the Kingdom Instructor Covenant, the Instructor affirms that they have read it in full, that they understand it, that they agree to be bound by it, and that they enter it freely — not as employees of a system, but as watchmen of a Kingdom.
