Kingdom MindedAcademy

Kingdom Leadership & Development.
Shepherds Before Kings.

A K–12 leadership curriculum rooted in the life of David, the wisdom of Solomon, and the servant-leadership of Christ. We don't raise bosses. We raise shepherds — sons and daughters who lead from the inside out.

"He chose David his servant… from following the ewes great with young he brought him to feed Jacob his people."— Psalm 78:70–71

The Four Pillars of Kingdom Leadership

The world teaches climbing. The Kingdom teaches kneeling. Every grade band, every assignment, every commission rests on these four pillars.

I.

Character

"Man looketh on the outward appearance, but the Lord looketh on the heart." — 1 Samuel 16:7

Authority is downstream of character. Before a child stands in front of a room, we form what is inside them — integrity, courage, humility, honesty. The crown is for the one who can be trusted in the field.

II.

Service

"Whoever wants to be first must be slave of all." — Mark 10:44

The first leadership skill is washing feet. Students serve before they lead — at home, in the church, in the community — so that when they finally hold authority they remember whose feet they once washed.

III.

Communication

"A word fitly spoken is like apples of gold in pictures of silver." — Proverbs 25:11

Writing. Speaking. Listening. Reading the room. Conflict without contempt. We train tongues to bless, ears to hear the unspoken, and pens to commit the vision so others can run with it.

IV.

Vision

"Where there is no vision, the people perish." — Proverbs 29:18

A leader sees what is not yet and walks toward it with others. Students learn to discern, to dream in covenant with God, to write the vision plainly, and to gather a people who will carry it past their own lifetime.

From the Sandbox to the Sanctuary

Sixteen units across four grade bands. Every age leads something real — even if the something is small.
