What does “Kingdom Minded” mean?

How do I track my order?

When you place an order with us, you will receive an email with your tracking ID once the order is being shipped. Orders normally ship in 1-2 business days.

What is Kingdom Minded’s return policy?

If your order has a defect or is damaged, reach out to us within 30 days of product delivery to be refunded. Unfortunately, if an alternative issue is present, such as ordering the wrong size or color, we are currently unable to offer a refund. 

How long will it take for my order to ship?

On average your order will take 1-2 days to ship and 2-5 days to arrive. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. 

Can I exchange my item for another size/color?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges on our products at this time. Although in the case of a damaged good or factory defect, we can send you the same piece within 30 days of your order arriving. Please reach out to us if that is the case.
